  • Do you accept minors?

    No. The Providence Hotel Boutique is an Adults Only hotel, exclusively for guests over 18 years of age. This policy allows us to offer an environment of privacy, tranquility, and sophistication.

  • Can I make a reservation directly with you?

    Yes. You can book directly on our website www.theprovidencehotelboutique.com, contact us via WhatsApp at 57 3138973516, through our social media @theprovidencehotelboutique_, or through online booking platforms. You can also contact our Call Center with extended hours from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm and on weekends (Sat., Sun., and Holidays) from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.

  • Can I book multiple rooms at once?

    Yes, you can book multiple rooms. Our reservations team is available to assist you.

  • What is the cancellation and modification policy?

    Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. Guests will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within 14 days of arrival.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept cash, credit, and debit cards both at the hotel and on our website.

  • Does the hotel allow pets?

    No. To ensure the comfort of all our guests, we do not accept pets. If you need to bring a service animal, please contact us in advance to verify documentation and send our written confirmation.

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in: From 3:00 pm - Check-out: Until 12:00 pm. If you arrive earlier or your flight is later, we will store your luggage at no additional cost.

    Early Check-In: From 7:00 am, subject to availability. Cost: 50% of the rate (includes breakfast).

    Until 7:00 pm: 50% of the rate.


    After 7:00 pm: full rate. Both are subject to availability. However, we can store your luggage until your departure time to the airport.

    Yes, we have free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

    Yes, our pool is open from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. We have towels for exclusive use in this area (losing them has an additional cost).

    Yes, we have free parking, with limited spaces.

    No. All of our facilities are smoke-free, in compliance with national regulations.

    Yes. You can request it at reception. Costs vary depending on the type of garment.

  • How much does a taxi cost from the airport to the hotel?

    Approximately $50,000 COP. After 12:00 am, there is a 100% surcharge.

  • Do you offer airport transportation?

    We don't have our own taxi service, but we can help you arrange a reliable taxi or private service with our partners.

  • Which airlines fly to San Andrés?

    Avianca, LATAM, JetSmart, Wingo and Copa.

  • What are the requirements to enter the island?

    It is mandatory to purchase the tourist card at the departure airport. It must be completed at the hotel management and will be requested upon entry and exit. Approximate value: $146,000

  • Are any vaccinations required for entry?

    No specific vaccination is required.

  • What currency is used at the hotel?

    We only accept Colombian pesos (COP).
